Listing a Home for Sale can be many different things for many different people. It is my goal to adapt to your situation and find the goal that is best suited to your needs. The main way I stand apart from my competition is that I list for a flat 4% and provide Full Realtor Services. 3% of this goes to the Buyers agent and 1% goes to me. You will receive the same great responsive service with me as you would expect from a Realtor you are paying a full 6% to.
Why 4% is Enough….
Things have changed. Listings no longer require a large amount of effort and time to sell correctly. Over 80% of the people who are looking for houses go straight to the internet. When listing with me I will make sure that not only are you on Realtor.com, but you property will also be viewable on quite a few other home search sites. A list you can see below. The entire process of listing takes me about 6 hours maximum. Beyond that it is mainly fielding phone calls from potential buyers who drive by the home. This is alos beneficial to the agent. Many times those buyers are unrepresented and this gives the agent a chance not only to show them your home but also help them look at any other homes in the neighborhood. Finally I do not have a large name broker taking almost half of every commission I make. In essence listing your home is a benefit to me that goes beyond just selling your property and I dont believe it is fair that buyers pay 6% of their hard earned equity for a service that is not that time intensive.
